FAQ (Algo Clients)

Our professional fees for developing and customizing a trading algorithm based on your trading logic starts from 5,000 USD. Depending on its complexity, this fee may go up accordingly.

Before we take on a project of developing your trade logic for your algorithms, we will have consultations with you to understand on a deeper level about the trading logic of your algorithms. If your trading logic is too complex or outside our area of expertise, we will inform you and we will not proceed.

During this process of consultation, we may add suggestions to further improve on the trading logic of your algorithms if you allow us. This consultation process is free and you are under no obligation whatsoever to use our services.

Yes. We are a professional service company and we honor the confidentiality of our Clients' information and conversations to the highest degree. You have our word on this. You may want to provide your NDA or you may choose to use our Company's NDA for this purpose. All NDAs must be fully authorized before programming work can begin.

An official invoice shall be sent to your email upon confirmation of your order. You shall then follow the payment instructions in the official invoice.

Nope. We do not accept third-party payments or cryptocurrencies from Clients as payment for our coding services. All payments must be made from the registered bank account of Clients. We support global efforts to combat money laundering, terrorism financing and proliferation financing. 

Nope. All payments made to ALGOINSIGHTS LIMITED are not refundable whatsoever unless on certain technical grounds that we are not able to deliver what you want for your trading algorithm. In such an event, we will refund all monies paid to ALGOINSIGHTS LIMITED in the same manner when the monies was first received. We are NOT liable for any exchange rate or interest rate loss or bank transfer charges accrued to you in such an event.  

Typically it takes up to 30 working days from the confirmation date of your order for your algorithm to be coded and tested before it is being delivered to you. Again, depending on the complexity of your trading logic, this time duration may increase or decrease accordingly. 

Once completed, you shall receive your coded trading algorithm in MT4 or MT5 format and in their respective EXE file format. If you want your algorithms to be coded in both MT4 and MT5, please indicate to us early in our consultations. Separate charges apply. 

Yes. We do provide a 30-Day Product Warranty on our coding services. In the unlikely event that your coded algorithm stop working on your MT4 account with your broker 30 days after delivery, we will gladly rectify it without any additional charge to you. In such an event, we may asked for your trade history, etc. as proof. However, this Product Warranty shall be void if it is found to be caused by any fraudulent acts on your side.

If you do not have any trading strategy in mind, then you may want to consider becoming our PAMM Client instead. It is a unique service provided by our partner brokers.
